By accessing, registering, or submitting an application through the TOSIA Application Portal, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the applicant does not agree, they must refrain from using the Portal.
The Portal is intended solely for students who meet the official eligibility criteria set by TOSIA. Submission of an application does not guarantee eligibility, shortlisting, or selection. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify applicants who do not meet the prescribed requirements at any stage of the process.
The applicant certifies that all information, statements, and documents submitted are true, accurate, complete, and correct to the best of their knowledge.
Any false, misleading, incomplete, or fabricated information—whether discovered before, during, or after evaluation—shall be grounds for automatic disqualification, revocation of awards, and forfeiture of any recognition granted.

Once an application is submitted:
All applications are subject to screening, evaluation, and deliberation by duly authorized reviewers and committees.
Decisions of the review panel and Organizers are final, conclusive, and non-appealable. No correspondence or explanation shall be required regarding evaluation results.
The Portal may automatically lock applications upon final submission, reaching submission limits, or passing official deadlines.
Late, incomplete, or locked applications shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
By using the Portal, the applicant consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
Personal information shall be used solely for purposes related to application processing, verification, evaluation, award administration, and official communications.
Applicants who are shortlisted or selected grant the Organizers the right to use their name, photograph, school affiliation, achievements, and application-related information for official publications, promotional materials, announcements, and reports without compensation.
The Organizers do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Portal. They shall not be held liable for system downtime, data loss due to user error, connectivity issues, browser incompatibility, or force majeure events.
